Grow Group: The Work We Do - Learning to Live Like Jesus at Work

Work takes up a huge part of our lives—but we rarely talk about it at church.

This discussion-based group explores how to live more like Jesus in the work we do every day. There’s no prep, no workbook, and no pressure—just show up ready to reflect and engage.

Each gathering includes a short teaching or framework to spark personal reflection, followed by paired conversation, small-group sharing, and/or large-group discussion. Along the way, there’s space for informal mentoring, shared wisdom, and learning from one another’s experiences. Whether you work in a corporate setting, a trade, at home, or you’re figuring out what’s next, this group is for anyone who wants to live and work with integrity and purpose.

Topics and discussions will be shaped by both real workplace challenges and the needs of the group. While each gathering is guided by a planned topic, content may adapt over time as we listen, learn, and respond to what participants are navigating in their work and lives.
